Nitn Pohane is the major investor in Nipo Industries SINCE 1996 : He is the founder and MD of Nipo Industries, He is the president at SSF Samaj Sudhark foundation,member of cosumer protection committee,ISO auditor, well known national motivational speaker, social activist and politician. He has worked persistently and as a result, he franchised more than 400 dealers in most parts of the world. He has franchised 187 dealers and 76 distributors and a large chain of retailers in India.

Dr. Apoorva Shrivastava is a Director and Partner at Nipo sysytem pvt ltd. She is an Entrepreneur and a Dentist. She graduted her Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Gwalior in 2016 and since then has been a
member of Indian Dental Association.
She further received her advanced training from Chandigarh & New Delhi. She is recongnised as a troubleshooter when it comes to treating failed and complex dental cases successfully. She has, till date, successfully treated more than 1000+ patients from around the globe.
She is a preferred dentist by families of Ministry of India officials. She is extremely famous amongst her patients for her commitments, integrity and comprehensive treatment planning.
She has been an avid clinician and most loved dentist of the country and she beleives that every patient is special & unique to be treated.
Dr. Apoorva has made a remarkable contribution towards building an efficient medical service providing platform for patients which benefits them with hospital-like services at the comfort of home. She conceptualized Nipo Medicare 24/7 and

Dheeraj Shrivastava

Dheeraj Shrivastava is currently the Executive Director Legal and Company Secretary with Nipo Systems Pvt Ltd. He is holding a degree in BSc-Biology and Bachelor of Legislative Law with Labor Laws and International Laws. He has been a member of ILO (Indian Labor Organization). He specialises in Corporate Law and Governance, Company Law, Contracts, Compliance & Business Ethics, Litigation & Employment Law. His career spans over 43 years, during which he has worked with several diverse industries like FMCG, B2B, Beverage industry, Real Estates, Hotel industry and manufacting industries.
He has been employed in various capacities in both multinational and Indian companies like Gwalior Distillers ltd (Bapuna Group of Industries), JK Tyres & Industries, Tropolite foods pvt ltd (Davars group), Swastik roadlines pvt ltd, Refco & Wessamat appliances ltd and Hotel MK Vivanta. He has played key role in operational activities of provident fund, ESI, labour laws, Time office and security Transport, Total Control and Administration on employees of Organization, Liaison with all government authorities / advocates. He has done Operational activity of recruitments and managing large work force of blue and white-collar employees. He has exposure to legal matters, labour laws, arbitration, industrial laws, contracts, land acquisition and drafting/vetting of deeds/agreements. He has excellent experience of inventory control, Structuring and documentation of legal agreements and documents, formulating strategies on all legal matters, licensing and renewal of existing licenses/permissions, regulatory approvals, arbitration matters, legal opinions, monitoring of court cases, standardization of customer and vendor contracts, liaison with lawyers. Active in strategic planning and policy making and has a broad vision and multidimensional exposure in developing and implementing human resources and policy system including performance management training and developing industrial relations, statutory compliance, employee relation and Administration.
